Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child by Marc Weissbluth Md

Sleep is one of the most important elements to our lives seeing as how going too long without it can literally kill us. However, sleep is more than just about survival; it is the time during which the body recuperates from a long strenuous day of hard work, allowing us to be rejuvenated and ready for the morning.

Contrary to what we would expect though, setting up a sleeping schedule is not all that natural and needs to be started from a young age.Seeing as how many people are having trouble getting their children to get used to a sleeping pattern, especially when they are one or two years old, Marc Weissbluth Md wrote a book titled Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child where he offers advice on how to get your babies to sleep properly.

Apart from providing various tips and tricks Weissbluth also examines the impact of early childhoods sleeping patterns on their development.

The main course of his book however remains the step-by-step program designed to help you get your child in various aspects of sleep. It is based on some of the latest findings in early childhood development and provides you with various ways to stop crybaby syndrome, bed-wetting, not to mention helping to get them to sleep according to their internal clock… needless to say, there is much more to what this book has to offer.

If you would like to learn more about how Dr. Weissbluth thinks you should teach your children to sleep, then simply follow this link and you can buy the book for yourself on Kindle for only $15.78.
